ALL CLASSES REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF GLOVES & SHIN PADS AND A WATER BOTTLE & TOWEL.
When sparring you will also require a mouth guard, groin guard / chest plate, and head gear (kids).
All items are available for purchase at the gym.
